C.H.A.O.S.

Hi, and welcome to this small project of mine! Yes, yes, I'm ready to share something new!  Well, lo and behold, I will be adding a few other things in there that you will be able to buy! Does it have to do anything with the books? Well, yes! And, also no! Complicated? Definitely! But let me explain.

I'm starting an upcycling collection, where I take second hand pieces of clothing and turn them into something new and spruced up! Spruced up how? With crochet of course! Those who have bought my book know I like to crochet a lot! What does that create however? Often times pretty crochet items, yes, but it also always creates new wearable. New wearables are great, but in the world where clothing is facing overconsumption, it is not ideal to make something new. 

And that is not to say I never buy new clothes! I simply try to not throw them out to trash, I either donate them or sell them second hand if they are still in good condition. Or… I upcycle them! That's where my new collection comes into play! Not only clothes that I already own, but also second hand clothes will be made new with a needle, crochet hook and yarn! Add frills, add hand stitching, crochet and sew on cute appliques! That's what it's all about! And I will not only be selling altered clothing, I will also sell the appliques by their lonesome to add to your old clothing that may be starting to bore you.

Where does the book thing fit into, you ask? Well, it's a future thing. My collection has a logo you can see on the top of the page. That logo was made, so that the characters can later teach you the basics of my upcycling. More accurately, the basics of appliques. I will be choosing a few designs for each character, that they will teach you in those books. That way, you can make your own later! There will be flower embroidery and small flower appliques from Zoe and Chloe, animal appliques by Nate and Tate and appliques that look various objects from Bo and Ro. 

Those characters are from the crochet society in my made-up world and are called Yolks - simply because they are yellow. They also have interesting accessories, don't they? Well, the headband, hairbow, bowtieand scarf will be my only creations that are not second hand and made completely by me.
